Resistance Training Fundamentals

First things first. 
1. Remember to have both feet planted firmly before starting any movement.
2. Keep your back straight at all times. 

START HERE

UPPER BODY | ARMS | SHOULDERS | BACK | ABS

 The Squat & Press.

A great full-body workout which fires up all muscle groups.
1. Start with feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Bend knees until buttocks is parallel to the ground.
3. Straighten up and extend arms.
(when extending arms ensure elbows do not bend past your back)

Chest Fly, Rows Using Door Anchor
