FeaLite is much lighter than general nasal masks. It is quieter and offers minimal contact to the face, providing a more comfortable experience and making therapy easy to accept.

Nasal pillows are a type of CPAP mask consisting of plastic inserts that look like headphone earbuds that slip directly into the nostrils. The prescribed pressure used to keep the airway open is delivered through this mask. These small cushions rest at the end of the nose and may help to relieve problems such as air leaks and claustrophobia.

Men with large mustaches or beards may have trouble getting a seal with a standard CPAP mask that fits over the nose or around the mouth. In order to reduce the air leak, it may be necessary to cinch the mask down so tightly that it becomes uncomfortable. Nasal pillows eliminate this by applying the CPAP pressure directly into the nostrils.

1. How long will my order take to dispatch?
All orders are dispatched within 24hrs of payment Monday to Friday. Tracking numbers are updated within 48hrs.

2. Why I haven't received my tracking numbers?
Tracking numbers are usually emailed to our customers within 24-48hrs of purchase. If you did not provide your email at checkout chances are the tracking was sent via SMS to your phone. Drop us a line anytime and we'll happily look it up for you. 

2. Where will my order ship from?
All our stock is located in NSW.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Short answer; 3-8 Working days by Australia Post. 

4. Do you offer pick up?
Unfortunately our warehouse is not open to the general public so we cannot offer pick up. 

5. What if I want to return my order?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt however you will need to pay for the return postage as we can only pay for return shipping on defective items to be replaced under our 12 month replacement warranty. 

6. Can I inspect the massage chair before I buy it?
Our warehouse is for logistics purposes only and cannot accommodate the general public.
